Joe Blansfield is certified law enforcement officer in one of the larger cities in Connecticut.  He is currently assigned as the full time Training Officer and Firearms Instructor, certified to teach pistol, patrol rifle, shotgun, low light firearm engagements as well as shooting decisions among other things (CT POST Instructor #3534).  During his tenure as a police officer Joe has become a certified SWAT Operator and Accident Reconstructionist.  Joe also served 16 years in the U.S. Army Infantry and is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan 2006-2007).  He served at every level of command from Private to Squad Leader and then after graduating from Officer Candidate School serving from Platoon Leader to Company Commander.  He brings his extensive knowledge of firearms and tactics to every level of the classes he teaches.  You will find that his vast real world experiences shine in his methods of instruction.
